Wasn't watching fullscreen originally and now watching it back I guess the first hunch was correct :): regular Ti-10 III (already forgot how much red there actually is in the LTD :D). Quite obvious at the end of the first set, the purple hue. That's what I thought I spotted originally as well when I joined the match halfway in the 2nd ...

Yep Yao Jie still back to AT900T, was posting it earlier but the edit deadline had surpassed . Carolina Marin also still with her Brave Sword 11 ...

Wow, I was quite sure Nehwal was using a VT80 - I guess the new Arc 7 has that similar "busy looking" colour scheme.

And yes, Derek Wong must have won because of his Li-Ning racket hehe. Maybe it will boost the sales of the racket(s) and we'll start seeing the usual statements that we're seeing now for Victor on BadmintonCentral.com hehe.

Seriously though, perhaps we will if the prices came down!

I saw the VT60 on sale there.
Very nice looking it was too, no actual specs or information anywhere though!
Yes it was £155, more than the VT70!

That gripping is easy, just use the hockey tape or old overgrips. Fold the overgrips, place it at the butt if the racket and you get the same results..

Word is currently spreading at the Chinese forums about this racquet being the soon to be released Wang Shixian signature Li Ning N-20. It will be released sometime in 2012 as long as we all perish in any sort of Armageddon :p

I am not sure, but it do look like an N55-II (maybe an UC3300). I can see if I can stalk her and find out 100% ;-D

As above, the Chinese forum mentions it will be N20 and for Wang Yihan N10 signature racket to be released (no pictures yet though). I had thought about N55-II as well but the cone I believe is also/actually pink here (from watching the match on Youtube live). UC3300 also ruled out, top of frame is white/silver and 5 & 7 o'clock pink instead of grey ...

Doesn't really look like the N55-II though, I have the N55-II and the racket in the pic looks a bit too shiny but than it could be the lighting....

well I think the Spanish team is sponsored by Victor (Carolina Marin has the same shirt as Abian and the coaching staff) but Abian's shoes are Yonex and his racket and bag is Head. Any idea which Head model ?

and I presume that Cordon's ArcSaber 8DX is strung with NBG98 (or) 95. Judging from the string colour.

Pablo Abian - Xenon 9000(?) ... probably 8000 (which I thought during the match). Must be the strings that distract from the racket itself ;)
