My sample MX90 arrived today. It'll be strung on Saturday and tested on Sunday. I'll have my review written next week. I also received another sample so I'll be testing that also but won't be able to post my review for a while. Paul www.badminton-coach.co.uk
Currently in Hong Kong for holiday, scouring everywhere for an MX90, but MBS and others are still awaiting stock confirmation. Decided to get a TK6000 instead. Maybe if it's cheap might even get another MX60! Sadly I'm resigned to just waiting until next year (UK) for the MX90...
Hmmm.. MX90 is definitely stiffer than BS10 even though BS10 is rated 5/5 in stiffness and MX90 is 4/5. Quite interesting.
will the mx90 also be available with smaller grip sizes (g3 or smaller)? the official product page only lists g4 and g5
thanks for the replies but now I am confused I thought that a bigger grip size number meant a bigger grip in the victor scale and that yonex had a reversed scale. So for my small hands I was seeking for G3 (victor) and G4 (yonex)?
Just browsed thru meteor x website, mx30L also with 7.0 shaft but much flexible one...so victor "copy and paste"them to mx30L first before applying to mx90.
just made quick search through the net MX90 still only available in Taiwan (and not yet in China), and there are only 2 sellers have it in stock. http://tw.page.bid.yahoo.com/tw/auc...3Xb2_Sb67CTUnp3FQ8xyFbN8;_ylv=3?u=Y8532778682 http://tw.page.bid.yahoo.com/tw/auc...io5SymKIokGiTamOEXJyFbN8;_ylv=3?u=Y0619525991
Had my first hit with MX90 today - G5 grip. Dry weight but with grip 85g. Very nice indeed and very similar feel to JJS although I would not say identical at this point. I'll be testing again this week before writing my review and hopefully having a direct comparison test with JJS. Paul www.badminton-coach.co.uk
I'm pretty sure that you are wrong, Paul. old Victor G3 = YY G4 = new Victor G4 old Victor G2 = YY G5 = new Victor G5 So the new Victor G4 is old G3. I have three MX80. Two 1st and one 2nd gen. And the 2nd gen is labeled as G4 which is identical the old G3.
