The 300 over here is listed as head heavy on most reviews.

Can anyone recommend me a good Apacs racket with specs like these:
    Weight: 4U to light 3U
    Flex/stiffness: Flexible to medium stiff
    Balance: Medium to head heavy
Fast & solid power for doubles play

I'm currently looking at the Apacs Lethal 10 but a bit worried that it may be too head light

Based on what you are looking for, lethal 10 is not that racket.
You may try Slayer 88 4U. balance point near to 300.

for the racket similar to lethal series, you may consider the lurid racket as they are 4U and fast rackets. abit head heavy.

Yes, apacs racket LAST TIME able to string high tension but not now. Especially lethal6, 8, 9 & 10, Tantrum200 and Lurid Power series 21 & 22. Although they hv stated up to 35 or even to 45, on the 2nd or 3rd time you string tension 27 or 28, they will get deframe. Your racket frame will not break but will get out of shape. There are quite a number of cases that my friend when they take their racket for stringing. Hope it's not bcoz they try to cut cost and reduce their material durability.

Tantrum 300 is actually really stiff but also a racket that you can improve with. Lethal 90 is much better for average players - Mid Flex, VERY slight head heavy yet light enough to move quickly while playing doubles. Tantrum 300, you need some serious wrist action to perform well.
