    Because the Bs12 has those BPs with a very very thin and light grip and low overall weight, while the Z-Force has them with a more normal grip and a much higher overall weight. BP alone doesn't say too much, weight and BP is pretty conclusive. If two rackets have the same product of BP and weight they'll swing fairly similar.
