Salute to Indonesia. The offered prize money much higher than that of China. Economically speaking, China, Denmark and England can afford more.

Economically speaking, England cannot afford more! High level of debt and dropping value of sterling. ;)

    Great news to hear!!..

..it's about time baddy is sponsoring over $1 mil in prize money tourney..
..i am interested to see/read what the penalty(ies) will be for those players or team(s) who will not participate in the 5 Premier SS events...WR points taken off? Not qualified for OG?..
Also, looking at the list, there is the Indonesia Open Premier SS. If CHN squad decides not to participate next yr because of their Chinese Badminton League, what will be the penalty(ies)??..

It is their loss if CHN wont participate and I believe that CHN will come.. as BWF did not drop China Master...there is alot bargainings behind the scene I believe..

I think CHN will go to INA:) With greater amount of prize money, each tournament becomes more important.

CHN may not need the money as much of it is state funded. Rather, it will be another way to beat INA. What better way to stamp your authority than to win the biggest prizes in your greatest rivals home ground...........

Penalties for not going I think are not good for the game. Far better to have better incentives for attending.

Now that would be funny. But what if they really couldn't? No tournament or just a downgrade?

KOR is rich and 1.2 million is well within its means. Look at how much money they offer for golf.

I am glad IND is given an SS. Dropping Swiss SS does little harm. I wonder if they will hold All-England, Denmark and France together. 3 weeks in a row?

CHN has 1/6 th (or thereabouts) of the world's population. Another SS for them is fine with me.

Looks like I may make a trip to INA next year.

This is only the beginning ...

Not good to have all three in a row. Some players may be injured which would seriously curtail their chances of attending and one objective is to encourage more participation. Probably 2 together is the maximum.

Yeah, so surprising that China still has 2 SS, premiere & regular but good to know IND gets promotion to hold SS:)

So, INA is the second big to provide total prize-money after KOR, US$600,000, WoW!

Thx Hauge for this breaking news:)

So if this is the line up for 2011-2013 maybe we could change the scoring system like Tennis has
Or the Premier Super Series we could have 5x21
    PREMIER Super Series
    Korea Open
    Indonesia Open
    China Open
    Denmark Open
    All England

And for regular Super Series we could have 3x21
    REGULAR Super Series
    French Open
    Hongkong Open
    Singapore Open
    Japan Open
    Malaysia Open
    China Master
    India Open

Anyone care to give their opinion ?

    Hmm... MAS is OUT.
Being the oldest tourney, England should be offering more...
Still unhappy about China Masters and Hong Kong's inclusion.

I presume Swiss was demoted to GP Gold or GP.
