This one has been answered elsewhere already I think just about everything is wrong with those numbers . From the dd/mm/y format to the shaft serial (date 60-58-2005 neither of which is possible to the too low shaft serial). Avoid like the plague ...
Just as I thought, but the seller was very persistent and claimed that cone numbers now had changed and did not represent date any more. Can you confirm that thats bull ****.
