yep agree with llpjlau.. no matter how good, i think mistake bound to happen .. will be even worse if you have the power of master Dink.. "broken birdie" is not reviveable... even with blue pill :p :p lmao
in badminton i think that will be next to impossible unless its been setup.. at least tennis can bounce once, not in badminton..

I never do this shot. IMO, the chances of actually making a good shot (that makes it over the net and doesnt get killed) are so low its not worth it.
at a tournament several years ago, I saw a guy get burned on a fake at the net, run back to get the shuttle, try the between the legs shot, got his racquet tangled between his legs, fell down and broke his ankle!!!!
    definitely not worth the risk

    aduhhhh..... pain!!!
i managed to hit the shuttle at side of my right leg(right-handed)....
mine is not the fake at net, actually, i turn back and found out the shuttle is 99% in.... then, i just hit it at side of my leg, the shuttle went over at centre of net, quite high thou(1' +). opponent caught in surprise and lift back the shuttle. lucky me, didnt being whack down.....:D

i can do this easily nearly like 90% of the time, all u have to do is have the birdie fly over u and just hit it between ur legs...mainly experience is needed to do this trick...

like for example...when i play games sometimes i just have reflexes and randomly return smashes with between the legs or behind the back, all i can say is keep trying!!

its not a good habit tho...but if u are desperately trying to learn it then just practice..it makes perfect!

It's fine and fun when you're an amateur, but don't rely on it too much.
    1) It might seem a bit arrogant to some.
    2) It take too long to turn prepare.
    3) It takes too long to return to a normal position from.
    4) It means you should have been more prepared. :p

There are better alternatives to this shot, trust me. Good luck with it though!

That enquires the player to have a good instinct n a good reflex.Besides, most of the time, the birdie returned from it,will always be a good free meal for ur opponent. So,i guess, rather than trying this "trick shot",u better learn a better defense, back hand n forehand,n try to hit it far n high.

You can try learning from friends or relative who had mastered this trickshot. This trickshot come in handy when the shuttle fly behind and you have to chase for it.
