Very well-written review. I've been wanting to buy this z-speed 3u since it came out, but then countless of bad reviews on it.... took away my interest. I'm a fan of head-heavy racket myself, but head-heavy within intermediate level. I wouldn't consider to use n90 & vtzf since it's very demanding for me, vt80 3u is what i used most of the time, or BS11 4U with extra victor powerizer tape at 12 & 6 o'clock. After reading your review, my interest in z-speed is back.

Hmm yet u wanna trade off your zspeed? Tot is a keeper :)
Had it,try it but unable to get use to its compact frame n swing feeling.
Still prefer VT-ZF II and NR900 over the ZSPD :p

I'm probably not good enough to play with the NRZS but I tried it anyway. Some shots were great, and sounded amazing, but if I missed a shot (off balance or whatever) the shuttle barely went to midcourt. The power when you hit it well feels really good. Smashes had a good punch to them even with BG65s. Also, it felt heavy in general, maybe just as heavy as my AT900T. For the price, I would stick with VTZF2 for sure.

For real it's even balanced. My Z-Speeds with overgrip are around 298-300mm. At most slight HH! But that is the thing about Z-Speed. It's quick like an even balanced racket, but feels approximately just like a head- heavy racket like ZF1. I use both of them, ZF1 in 4U. If you swing them dry, there are already differences. But in play, there are powerwise not such differences. Certainly netplay, if you got used to the smaller head(not that much smaller, compared with ZF1), is quite bettet than ZF1, IMO!!!

bought this racket, I have to say this racket is one of the worst racket I ever play, is good front and mid court but back court is hell, my vtzf2 seem to play better.
