That is ermmm ... CHEAP! :D Change the Sg "$" into a "€" and you have our local prices. Cheapest place I found so far was ~€70 but only the black version has most/all sizes left in stock, next cheapest is €85 already, most are higher ... who knows they might pop up at the outlet store sooner or later.

The only sites selling the black/red ver. are shuttle-house and amazon.jp; latter is cheaper, but doesn't ship overseas. :crying:

Did you mean Adistar which is in purple as shown in the picture at page of this thread?
Is that shoes still available for sale at Singapore? Do you know how much?
How long have you used your Adistar Reiko Shiota?

refer to post #1 for the photos of adistar. the white/purple colored shoe is the adizero as explained by demolidor

perhaps the moderator could amend the title of this thread to 'Adidas Badminton Shoes' to clear the confusion of the different models :)

That is not true actually, Red/black available everywhere or at least definitely in Europe as well.

Thanks for the pics, that explains the price difference I guess since they are not the same model :). These are the Adizero BT Ace (RRP €70) http://www.bad.fr/cat-88-Badminton-chaussures-Hommes.html

These are Reiko's previous shoes, Adistar 200+:

And later version (below). But I think she was still using the above after all instead of these:

I'm referring to online shopping sites. Searched for "adistar feather bd" (OR bt) but hardly anything turned up. Most of the time it's this Stabil shoes which appears...

Only the official Adidas JP website references it (not the global one): http://www.adidas.com/jp/sports/badminton/

Look at how many of the black are popping up ;) http://www.google.nl/search?q=adida...Q&biw=1280&bih=891&sei=QrLgTpCOOcGG-waD3cmvBQ

I haven't seen them in any physical stores yet so my search has been limited to online stores as well [IMG].

    Seen, these shoes on Rakuten.co.jp.
Looking at the all Japan Championships seems like adidas.jp are making the push into badminton. I know the French team wear adidas shirts but the equipment the Mixed Doubles of reiko and shinatro are wearing seems superior. Check out the website: http://www.adidas.com/jp/sports/badminton/

Thanks for the info Hanser! I'm SO getting the red/black ver (no matter Feather or Ace!) if it's selling locally here. :D

PS: Weird thing is, under Adidas Japan's baddy section, only the Feather is listed but not the Ace.
