Hi guys, just wondering if there is anyone who tried both NS-30 and BG-80P before. Is NS-30 better than BG-80P? Am thinking of a replacement for my string haha.

I've tried both, and found NS30 to be superior in terms of power and feel.

On the colour testing, I think I've decided that white hits hardest, and blue holds tension best.

How would you compare ns30 with zm62, 65? Interested in your opinion...

Yes,, I tried NS 95 string is quite good. Those badminton fans who are familiar with yonex BG 65 or 65 power, its quite similar , o.70mm and replusive + control string. Currently string my Victor MX 80 at NS 95 string.

I've had NS95 on my N36 for the last 3 play days and love the feel. I only have it at 24lb, but love the power and feel. Ordered some other col to keep in my stock for my other racquets.
    sorry never tried bg66.

It's medium. The surface of the string is not rough, a bit slippery.
Feels close to 66 Ultimax, actually.

I personally use the Li-Ning N70 string. This is a 0.68mm string designed for repulsion and control (as described on the packaging). I have this strung at 24/26 lbs on my N90II and it feels great! The sound that resonates off the racquet is a higher pitched sound which can be expected by the 0.68mm gauge string. I found it actually quite durable as well and forgiving on some miss hits.

Like in the 1980s (and 90s video games), "Turbo" makes everything better;).

    More on NS-30:

Yellow NS-30 has just become my favourite string: though originally strung at 33lbs, it has settled to 30lbs and maintained its tension without fail for 6 games now over 3 weeks. The thinness probably helps. It does not hit as hard as White NS-30 due to the later being thicker. Control is awesome on slice shots and half smashes on the Yellow - it helps when playing a rally based singles game and is not shy when power is needed. However the string also cuts through grommets like hot knife through butter ;)

On the contrary, Blue NS-30 has the lowest resonant pitch IMHE. It just seems loose compared to Yellow. Almost seems that I need to add 1lb extra over the tension that I use Yellow with to achieve a similar effect (something I will try next, although 34lbs+ is not always advisable on ANY racquet).

Any helpful comments (Mark and others)?

After i use NS 95 string for sometime, i feel NS 95 still ok , tension hold slightly better than BG 65.

From what i know NS 95 and NS 70 are the only Li ning 0.70mm string
