I think this is the ONLY way to beat LYD and his partner.. ..(some of you have probably seen this video; if not, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ENOUGH LAUGHING GAS IN YOUR TUMMY!)Enjoy!! http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=w8knIHsCtx8 *I love the racket shown @ 1:27.. *Glad LHJ & LYD were having quite a bit of blast out there...
LYD, just about to grab four titles in two consecutive super series... So consistent... both in MD and XD.
Forgot to add this.. ..the previous video is in reference to the pic above. Here are better quality videos of the event, slightly longer, with a bit of translation: http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=RDm8_edmFKY http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=WBRGQ2f5a2E http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=uDLA-v5j3O4 (LYD showing off his accuracy & smashing power) http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=RZ8QpV9Sh3g (getting crazier..wooden spatula, shuttlecock tube)
Oops...the unbeatable and mighty Lee Yong Dae just lost the XD Final.....I thought the Korean has mastered the Chinese style of play? Hmm.....
But I thought LYD has mastered the INA, MAS, CHN, and even the DEN's style...so...defeat is out of the question for him ??
LYD was out of form in the XD final. His smash looked not powerful enough. LHJ also made too many errors.
LYD, best profitable in recent two SS: three champions and one runner-up. And he's expected to get the most among the US$500,000 of the SS Final. (to strict calculators: yeah, before dividing up with his partners.)
I wonder.. ..if he does indeed win both (MD & XD) of those events at the upcoming SS Finale, how much will he receive in prize money??...hmm..
In the final of HK SS... although the Fuzzy team showed very brilliant plays, they looked like just fancy plays. On the contrary, KOR team was superior in basics. Usually fancy plays doesn't endure long, as those irregular plays are getting easier to defend next time if you just give a bit more care for them. In my view, JJS/LYD and HS/MK are two super teams with very good fundamentals in current MD world.
haha...nope...fuzzy did twice or 3X more mistake/unforce error than lee/jung...thats why they lost...this is the FACT......yes....lee is brilliant...but not tat day in final...thats why he lost xd...... i agree the last sentence...
Yeah, if you are casual player of badminton, you surely know the fact: the advanced players are the ones who make less mistakes. Mistakes usually generate internally but ocasionally come externally from their opponents' intentional plays. And sometimes the unforced errors are actually "forced" by the opponents. That's the difference. Anyway, Fuzzy was the best at the final in my views for their matches and has great potential to be number 1 in MAS.
haha....oh ya???how many that fuuzy lifted long????how many that fuzzy return the birdie into net???...u go download...count 1st...then just come argue with me lar...when i watch...i am not gan jiong....i just count how many error they make...korea coach should have thanks mas...fuzzy gifted the match where they can win in 2 set...see how many mistake they make...and how close is the score...... yes...i agree...have great potential..but...always mistake?...ya...HAVE GREAT POTENTIAL BUT CANT WON INPORTANT MATCH...
