It wasn't really a tight match, despite the scoreline. HS/MK practically controlled the proceedings and the Koreans were too respectful of Kido's power, their defensive posture exposed them against perfect drop shots repeatedly. Those if us in the stadium could see that the Koreans were kept chasing. But yesterday, Kido started slowly and only perked up in the 2nd game. Eventually it was a series of unforced errors from the fuzzy Malaysians that gave INA the gap they needed. Now, it seems that the Koreans have learned to be more aggressive and fast. It is there that the MAS uncles cannot match, practically everything else was even. For INA to beat Korea, they have to take the initiative more, and this was the element missing yesterday.
