Congrats for KKK/TBH as they've won their first big title this year (if I'm not mistaken) in SS final.

What's more, they beat MK/HS (WC and OG champ), Tony/Candra (top-class veterans), Boe/Morgensen (DEN MD #1), and the most prestigious of all: LYD/JJS, the master of all nation's badminton style on their way into triumph. And they did it in 4 days.

Perhaps we can safely change this thread title to: KKK/TBH - Going Uphill. :)

Congrats again Koo/Tan. Today, they showed how they have improved especially in their mentality along with some strategical changes in their skills. They mixed weak and strong strokes quite properly like the KOR team has used it and they kept their concentrations very well and calm to the ending point. Quite different from the past performance. Great! On the contrary, KOR team was quite in a rush while LYD was stuck in the back in the 2nd game that's unusual with him. Anyway, the result came true as I expected yesterday in another thread.

For a long time, TBH/KKK was stuck in their styles not corrected and improved a lot. Today, they showed something different. They looked they now know a little of the true joy of badminton. They looked enjoying playing even when they were losing... :)

What about winning the SSM finals by beating MK/HS and JJJ/LYD?

KOO/TAN won the SSF mainly due to no pressure on them to deliver at all. They are seeded lower than JJS/LYD, their matches started right after LCW title. To say they have overcame their mental weakness will be abit to early.

Congratulations to both KKK and TBH for having beaten the top doubles players in the world within four days. At long last, they have got up from their long slumber (shedding their individualistic characters) to form a formidable pair.

Yeah, I could not agree with you more than to change the thread title to: KKK/TBH - Going Uphill. They truly deserve it.

Congrats to KKK/TBH for pocketing that big prize money.

Are they now on their way up again?? My answer is no.

The SS Masters Final is not an indication because this is a bonus tournament. And some big hitters were missing as well.

... and Malaysia beating Laos in the Asean Cup is also a sign of Malaysia waking up from their long slumber as well :D

To say that KKK/TBH is going uphill after yesterday is way off.

Dato, as i said countless time, give them time, have faith in them
when they are out, we must encourage them...when they show results,
we feel happy and hope they can maintain their results..
KKK/TBH is not HH....they doesnt need 1-2 years to prove
    to you....
