    Hello Guys , JJ Here .
    I am a beginner player that learn from a coach for 6 month .
    i don't think so i improve alot .
    i still don't know why i don't have strength .
    when i play in other place like parquet place ,
    i can't concentrate and looks like no strength or speed when playing .
    i don't know why , because my training there was Rubberisted floor aka international competition floor .
    so again , am i lack of what ? because sometimes i do not do any warm up , just lob for 3 -6 time then play ball . i am 14 y .olds . i am purchasing Powerball to train my forearms .
    so pros out theres , what am i lack off ? please advise me . Thanks :crying::crying::crying::crying::crying:

    I thought you should ask your coach first (those questions) before you ask us.

    Not knowing how you perform your strokes/footwork techniques, how are we be able to help you? :confused::confused::rolleyes:

    Thanks For Your Replied , if i ask my coach , sure he talk alot about me :p
    i just wanna ask about the strug of my racquet , 26lbs does suitable for me ?
    you can imagine that i am a no strength people . but dunno why , sometimes i can hit very hard until out :p

    If you have no strength and/or have a slower racket swinging/hitting speed, then you should play with lower string tension.

    Higher string tensions are for players who have higher swinging/hitting speed.

    join a club or yr school badminton team n practice n play more

    hahaa? my school ? lol , my school activity was sucks , not indoor and alot of wind , no net too :) my team ? omg , when i lost 1 points , there sure blame me , but when they lost , they also blame me . :( i don't think how bad am i , i just cover , play . and i am single player . anyway , i will train hard , change my string to BG66 25 or 24lbs

    sad case , i just broke my racket Apacs Nano 9900 . the head break during training with lob .. dunno what problem is that . have to buy a new racket , so what racket u guys recomended ?
