China National Games is something different. It's once in 4 years and you represent your province (you don't have to be the best in the country). It's very, very important. It might not represent a comeback to the international scene.
I really hope to see both of them make a comeback. If they are good enough to play in the China Nat'l Games I should like to think they qualify to be back in the National Team; otherwise in their respective provinces, I'm sure they can find other players strong enough to represent them instead. But as we know,it's tough for CHN players and it'll be far-fetched to expect them to be back at their best. Still it's heartening for me just to know they are well and able to continue doing what they love. Indeed, severe injury is the bane of professional players. I can only hope both Wang Lin and Wang Xin have other interests and abilities to fall back on when it's finally time for them to hang up their racquets for good. Meanwhile,let's enjoy and wish them every success on their comeback trails.

Just read the article and rushed here.... Her career finally succumbed to her injuries. CBA should've nursed her a bit better rather than pitting her in regular training regimen, after all she is a World Champion and a human. She is not a dispensable object. I seriously hope she comes back after recuperating better yet emigrate to some european nation to keep her career alive. Quite a few of them are ready open their doors I am sure....
