From watching the Korea final, WYH has shown her height and power advantage over WSX. If she can improve her footwork and consistency, she should be have a slight edge over the other 3 Wangs. Hope WYH comes back like WL.

    .
To warn WYH that she could be excluded from the CHN Womens Singles Team.

For some reason I rate WYH (taking into consideration the highs and lows mid-stream) much higher than WSX.

How the coach punishes his charges might drive away their talent to play for another country (China of course have unlimited scouting recruiters for ever younger prodigies)...there should be offers and somebody must be listening.

So LYB, don't be so hard or the ''they'' will be the ones whipping your ''behind''.

I don't think LYB can afford to play favourites or make any points for the next 15 months. He needs to ensure that he fields the strongest team at the OG2012. Therefore, he will have to allow all his girls every opportunity to show their best game. If by April 2012 WYH has demonstrated that she is deserving, he will have to include her.

The outcome of the OG is more important than the LYB manipulations. At some stage the manipulations will have to cease and nature allowed to take its course. If China loses the WS gold because of a mistake in LYB's calculations, it may very possibly be the end fo the road for him.

So if he is smart (and he is! :D) he will encourage all the girls to show their best game.

WYH needs around 3 weeks of rest for the injury she picked up when playing in China league. According to the Shanghai head coach, WYH hopes that she can play in AE. The China national coaches haven't decide yet to withdraw WYH from AE or not. I think this is most probably because WYH is the only China player in the bottom half of the draw.

I think WYH should just withdraw from AE and not rush into recovery to play in AE.

    .
:confused::confused: But the 2011 AE is only one week away.

Therefore, I am certain that WYH will be withdrawn.:eek::eek:

Even if she can recover fast, I don't think it'll be fast enough to play in AE.

Oh, that is a shame indeed:(. Guess she should just get better gear up in due course to be included for the Olympic squad then.
