half great news (for me at least)...

i am back to playing.. not completely cured but playing now with min pain..
went to TCM.. took med.. wear the McDavid Tennis elbow strap when playing.. combine these 2 works for me.. it is also very very very important to stretch the arms before playing..

I too was suffering from Tennis Elbow since 4 months ago.. Now it is around 80% recovered. The root cause was most likely technique issues due to lack of proper training...

    I did the following:

    1. Stop playing for a few weeks to avoid further injuries..
    2. As soon as it start healing, start self treatment from this video.
    3. Do some muscle strengthening and tendon stretching exercise (some of the recommended videos in this thread are great!!)
    4. When ready to get back to the game... stretch before play, take it easy... no power play or hard smashing..
    5. I use this McDavid Elbow support and strap together with Mueller Kinesiology Tape to support the muscle. I use this video.

So far so good.. I am hoping that I will be at least 95% recovered after 6 months. Tennis elbow is a pain in the (_|_) and it takes time to recover and will not be 100% for most people..
