Since Dinkalot mentioned he was going to do his own rackets, and that someone else was going to do the graphics.

I should thank him for the inspiration to try and draw a racket in Illustrator. Using his drawings a guide, I managed to figure it out and now I can play around til' the cows come home!

    Fun fun fun!

    Green is hawt.

Anything but yellow and red. I'm sorta over all these chrome effects too, so there's lots to avoid.

Well as Dink has proven, there's a market for something different, but he's got the 'personality power' to sell the rackets, whereas I'm just some loud mouth from Australia with questionable talent.

I'll have samples in January, and from there it's up to me how hard I pimp them I guess. Whatever happens, worst case scenario is I get a bag full of cool, one-off rackets!

Best case scenario? YOU get a bag full of cool rackets!

Depending on the specs, I may take a few of those from you. I love non mainstream brands.

Okay, so I'm going to get samples mocked up by helmet painter that I know, and I'm going to get some decals made.

Now for the all important colours!

There's going to be two samples types, so I'm looking for two colours.

This is what I was thinking.....

That's a sexy red. IMO the green has just a tad too much yellow in it, not enough blue, maybe a tad too much white in it.

Hopefully these two colors aren't to be used together?

Unless you're looking to make a chrismas special

Also the glaze coat shouldn't be clear IMO, that would cause the green to shine yellow im direct light. But that's your call. Otherwise they are very good colors.

Nah it's not weird. It's HAWT!

I'm going to be looking at two specs in the samples.

Kanabo - Heavy hitter, head heavy. 'Kanabo' is a type of Japanese heavy club used for smashing people over the head.:)
Urumi - All-rounder, doubles bias, even balance. 'Urumi' is a deadly multiple bladed sword from India. Google it. It's frightening.:)

Colours are undecided and I'm limited in what I can do with the decals, so no complaints! :p

I'm just having fun at this stage.

    *edit* Updated the logo, too.
