eh guys, for next week's session on sat, I won't be able to make it. Had a very bad sprain in another session today. ZZz. Ankle's swelled up like a tennis ball. Hopefully it can recover before the badminton central night on 24 jan!! btw, does going to a chinese physician really help heal it quicker? Going to a 'massage doctor' will only aggravate the injury. What you probably need is RICE - read more about it here If the swelling doesn't subside by Monday evening, see a doctor. It could be something beyond a simple sprain. However, if it's just a sprain, you will be fine in a few days. But you might want to stay away from the court for at least a week. Also, if this is not the first time you have sprained your ankle, you might want to consider changing your sports shoes
