    MS QF
Ajay Jayaram [5] vs Alamsyah Yunus [4] - this will be a tough one for Alam. Hopefully, he can beat the Indian.

    MD QF
Danny Bawa Chrisnanta/Chayut Triyachart vs Yohanes Rendy Sugiarto/Afiat Yuris Wirawan [8] - Rendy/Afiat ought to win this one given their higher ranking.

    Angga Pratama/Ryan Agung Saputro
[5] vs Shoji Sato/Naoki Kawamae [2] - Angga/Ryan have beaten the second-seed before. Let's hope they can repeat the performance today!

    WD QF
Vivian Ho Kah Mun/Woon Khe Wei vs Nitya Krishinda Maheswari/Anneke Feinya Agustine - Nitya/Anneke to win this one!

    XD QF
    Vitalij Durkin/Nina Vislova
[3] vs Irfan Fadhilah/Wenni Anggraini [7] - Irfan/Wenni have fulfilled their seeding. I think the Russian pair is more experienced.

Tan Aik Quan/Lai Pei Jing [8] vs Riky Widianto/Shendy Puspa Irawati - after upsetting the second-seed yesterday, hopes are high on Riky/Shendy to win the title this week.

Will the 2 Malaysian MS players, MHH and LD, pull through against SS and NTM in today's QF matches?
    Difficult but not impossible.
One is an independent player and the other BAM-sponsored.
At the end of the day, the finals could be contested between Ajay Jayaram or SS and NTM.

It is hoped that SDK will keep on improving and hit good form in due course.
He is a gentleman on court.

Too bad both INA XD pairs lost to their opponent :(

Yup, he needs more time to recover and bring back his self confidence...

YES. Angga/Ryan managed to beat Sato/Kawamae yet again to make the record 3-0 in their favor!

Looks like its another GWS/LKW and Rian/Angga match-up. Rian/Angga wasn't serious in the Singapore Open since they were planning to go all out in Indonesia. How will GWS/LKW fare this time?

    MD SF
Goh Wei Shern/Lim Khim Wah vs Angga Pratama/Ryan Agung Saputro [5] - Angga/Ryan need to win a title to really stamp their presence as one of INA's main hope in MD in the near future.

    WD SF
    Nitya Krishinda Maheswari/Anneke Feinya Agustine
[5] vs Chiang Kai-Hsin/Tsai Pei-Ling [7] - ditto for Nitya/Anneke, who will be vying for the third spot in WD the Uber Cup next year behind Mel/Grace & Vita/Nadya.

    Let us congratulate Angga/Ryan

    .
    That's what most people say;

    * The winners will keep on winning because they know the strategy to win against the same losing pair.

    * The losers could come back to win when/if they can change their strategy against the winning pair.

It looks like Angga/Ryan have done just that... so, let us congratulate them. :):):)

Unfortunately it will not happen, madbad's fave failed to reach finale, lost to Fu Mingtian 19-21 / 15-21.
Other finalist is Kaori Imabeppu who stuns TPE young star Tai Tzu Ying also in straight-games 21-15 / 21-18.
