I don't think professional player will use fake racket though. He is sponsored by Lining, and by rights and good faith, Lining should give him all of the original stuffs.
I am just wondering whether JOJ's N90 are the same with CBA currently use N90 or just ordinary N90 which are easily accessible in the market.

I think 'original' meant 1st gen as opposed to 2nd gen....no sponsored player will ever use fakes^^
Are the rumors about the ntl. team using different rackets substantial or just the regular "oh, the pros are using sth different" kind of thing? Because from watching the videos, I can't see how the rackets should be any different from ours. (those using the N50 bend it like crazy, so it's not stiffer than the wet noodles we can buy.....for example)

The player edition racket is different from what are available for the market generally. However not all professional players will use player edition racket, for example Mathias Boe of Denmark use AT900P, DK Coded which is a code for general Denmark Market in one of the Olympic matches i saw.
