    Lol! why waste money if it turns out fake?!?! Might as well get a lower end genuine Yonex instead if I were you.

    you're a braver lad than we are mate, the odds are really against you i feel. i agree with matt, i'd rather get a lower end, completely genuine racquet than face such a risk. all the best though!

    I have checked in the information of your Yonex Armortec 150 Serial:8961009; Date Code:051264US (date=05 Dec 2006) to my information list of Yonex rackets Developed by Yonex Japan (on the shaft) and made in Taiwan (on the cap), its serial no. and date code are legitimate.

    However you still need to inspect the other physical features of the racket carefully and compare the specifications to ascertain its total legitimacy or authenticity yourself.

    Your Nanospeed 9000 X is the 1st for the model; the next one in my list starts the cone date code on 6 Jan 2006.

    received today and looks ok except for a non yonex grip which concerns me as it is right up the cone, tho not concealing the cone code which is making me think theres something to hide. i can provide photos if it helps but id like to know whether ive been duped or not

    I believe this is a genuine racket, there arent any fake UK coded rackets that i have seen yet. =]
