Our organizer said a few guys got caught by flu or food poisoning. Thus need to get one more player, any level is welcome. Don't be too good.

 

What a unique place indeed! High up on the 37th floor, no roof top, residential units making up the four walls, a little wind but when it rains, don't come.

I suppose the flooring is either concrete or tiled or could it be rubberised?

What about the lighting? Can still see the shuttle past 7 pm?

It will be unusual if you can enjoy playing a good game in such conditions.

But tank2008, please visit the place and give us a review.

it quite a different feeling.. i take it as part of the challenge..

i focus more on the way i play.. rosli n his wife, alice are also great..

i enjoy the game.. even though 1 of my racket broke..:crying:

if the toilet is nearby ( on the same floor ) it will be great..

Just now we went there though already received msg from Rosli that it was raining, as my new office is in the same building too. Regret that it rained and didn't have chance to meet this group of new friends. But certainly will have chance to meet in the near future.

Observation in short time:
The light seems a bit deem, compared to sports hall.
On higher floor, exactly like normal HDB flats, the court is in the center, thus surrounding by residents' houses, . Lower half is business office & shops.
Floor is concrete of course as it is open air, wooden can't last due to rain.
As Thomas said the only court is on 37th floor, but toilet is on 36th floor, a bit inconvenient.
Didn't find water cooler.
Got one shower inside the male toilet. Likely need to queue for shower.

The feeling is not bad, enough for me to enjoy games and sweat. Haha...

 

There is no water cooler at the gym also.. ( gym at the 36th floor )..

Need to purchase from the shops downstair..

Actually, quite a nice feeling to play..( like playing inside a painting )..
