    hehe.. i watched a little bit here and there but cant really understand... a fren of mind has the whole set of dvd... he explained to me... but grip is v important... it's ok if u miss the ball at the beginning... but get the foundation right.. and you can move on further...
    it took me months before i can hit the ball (hit only hor.. not saying can go pass over the net) haha... and it took me almost a year to do the baseline to baseline overhead clear.... hehe.. im a slow learner :p

    actually teechuan can join us too =D still got 1 slot there at number 7. i have watched the last 15 episodes of xiao jie n zhao jian hua's video before, is the front epi similar to the back ones?
