SEMIFINAL II : INA v THA (19.30 local time)

The semifinal round will take place in Kuala Lumpur-MAS.

I just wonder, what happen if the score is tied at 2-2?
Anyone knows how they decide which team goes into Final if score is tied at 2-2 . . . .

 

Sonia took the first game and leading in the second game 7-3 against TZY..

 

Bao chunlai , who is in the coach's seat for TZY, is very concerned about her play in the second game..

 

Sonia won 21-18, 21-16. A very unexciting match. Only 1 to 2 rallies per point.

 

19 year old Sonia won in straight games against TZY, though TZY tried to save 6 match points, it was too late to catch her. 21-18 , 21-16 in the scoreboard..

 

Good job from Sonia Cheah, but her job was made easier by Tai-phoon having been graded down to a normal drizzle. Totally out at sea and couldn't manage her clears at all in game 2.

Good to see big bro Bao Chunlai still continuing to give Tai more pointers after the match ended.

 

Daren let the line calls affect him at the end of the first game - not that the calls were incorrect.

Composure still not up to mark.

 

Daren liew is leading in the second set.. 11-6 after losing the first game to LHI
