Just thought i would let everybody know i ordered some items from these the other week, my first order. Arrived pretty promptly but there was one small error with something i ordered.
I contacted them to let them know they had got the order slightly wrong and that i would not bother to send it back.

Received an email the following day, apologising and they have sent me out the exact item free of charge.

Its good to see good business, i wasn't expecting a freebie merely pointing out that my order was wrong. Thought i would wait until it arrived before passing on the good word.

Big thanks to Phil, i would definitely use them again.

    (can confirm it wasn't a free tantrum 200 :()

I doubt it , they have two brands , one is pro kennex ( I think ) and the other apacs.

I think the specifically targeted the cheaper but still good quality market :D.
And it must have payed off. Which is good for consumers - cheap rackets and them , making money.

    A win-win situation:eek:

I have wanted to try out an apacs racquet for along time
If they are 80-90% as good as yonex racquets then it will make a good backup

Some are even better than the Yonex's ;) for the money you're paying - eg the AMP's, Nano Pro 9900's etc - a lot more durable imo and playability is on par, if not better.

I don't know why you'd order off them since Canada has it's own cheaper Apacs dealer.
