    Could you give us a closer comparison between these 3 rackets? ^^
    SW37 3U <-> VT80 4U
    VT80 4U <-> VT80 3U

    I've just enough time to make a quick comparison : Power : V80 3U > V80 4U > SW37 but the difference between V80 4U and SW37 3U really depends on timing. Manoeuvrability : V 80 4U > SW37 > V80 3U (my V80 4U is really light weight : 85gr string with original grip) If you are abble to initiate movement V80 are more aerodynamic and therefore have an advantage on manoeuvrability Clears and defencive shots : SW37 > V 80 4U > V 80 3U For me, it can be explain by the difference of stiffness ;) See you this afternoon ;)

    Seems to me that VT80 4U racket is the winner..
    I am now saving money to buy this racket :p

    This is exactly the purpose I use the SW37 for. I stated earlier that I tend to use it if I have to play at the front more (or if my partner isn't front court confident). But I use the MX80 if I have a partner that is good at front, hence I will play back more.

    For me I would say quite similar. You can do a lot of the things you do on a SW37 with an MX80. The MX80 just gives you a bit more aggression when you want/need it

    thank you for your answer. really appreciate that. if my string tension is only around 24-25lbs, which one should i take? 3u or 4u version? most of time is 24lbs.

    No worries, I tend to use 3u as it is comfortable for me. If you are used to 3u rackets I would say use a 3u, same if you use 4u rackets more. Reason for this is you sort of know how it will feel anyway.

    With that said, I have used 4U rackets (I used to use Ashaway rackets) and they feel okay to me as well.

    Really it's more about how it feels to you and if you are comfortable with it.
