Haiya, just a friendly match. No need to serve like lee Yong Dae :). Just for the fun of it.

You have not been active in gatherings since moving back to your hometown. Sad.

Your analysis of badminton is good. Don't worry, I can teach how to serve low and you teach me the rest.:D

To be fair to them, this pair is a much better pair as compare to the rest of the Malaysia pairs. They have the speed, power and also stamina for attacking style, which is critical for today badminton . What they lag of is the understanding and weak defend and service (especially LimKW). Tan KIm Her Should send them for more top level competitions instead of just relying on the sparring among the BAM pairs (mostly defensive style of playing). I believe if they continue to improve they can be a top 5 pairs in the world !

that's right, they need to be sent to the following events till World Championship at Guangzhou in order to improve their ranking and playstyle:

    German Open (GPG)
    All England (SSP)
    Swiss Open (GPG)
    Australian Open (GPG)
    India Open (SS)
    Malaysia Open (GPG)
    Thailand Open (GPG)
    Indonesia Open (SSP)
    Singapore Open (SS)
    US Open (GPG)

and then they have to win at least 3-4 titles in any of these tournaments...

Send them to US and they might win, but that is not BAM's policy to waste their funds on sending players far away.

    I'd say no title.

They will be in the top 20 by next week. Almost assure of playing in the world championship ! No point to send them for so many tournaments ! The big one (SS and SSP) will do. Don't expected them to win any tournament this year. More on align them to face big players !

Ah Wah and Ah V need some time to align and adjust back with each other
so far the progress is ok, I can say....of coz Ah Wah is weaker one, but still
can improve......i do like them before they are seperated......saw them played
during QF against KOR, LSJ/KJW....minus mistakes, they are ok

Exactly. They have the speed. power, powerful smashes and good stamina. Saw INA pair demolish the Korea pair yesterday. Flat push, tie control of net ,fast exchange with powerful smashes ! Malaysia pairs (except GVS/LimKW) are generally defensive playstyle, so when they meet the Korea pairs there is only one outcome; lost, lost, lost, lost, lost ..... Only GVS/LimKW playstyle has a chance to beat Korea pair ! Unfortunately Malaysia coaches do not know about this ! :D

They are only QF standard (if the draw helps them). Beyond that, nerve and the pressure will stop them from progresssing.

Ow Yao Han/Chooi Kah Ming lost in the QF of the Austrian IC, despite being top-seeded. Yet another blow to Tan Kim Her's plan. He doesn't seem to get it going, does he?
