I dun think they played seriously as they're underestimated the power of GVS/LKW who beaten KKK/TBH chinese nemesis pair HW/SY recently...

KKK is very lazy and relying too much on natural instinct. They need to go back to basics as TBH is underperforming because KKK is not trying to dominate the forecourt.

Hello there .... i know I'm new in here but when come to discuss to my admiring pair(once), KKK and TBH, i witnessed with my own eyes when they played against GWS/LKW .... it was very disappointing to saw KKK playing in such laziest mode until i felt i wanted to shout some harsh word to him ..... TBH has tried his best to cover him but in the end i think his getting fed up already.

i think our badminton is going nowhere with this kind of players. seriously, haven't he watch his old 2007's game? When he took out CY/FHF on the straight set?

Seems i'm wasting my money on the ticket while i purposely brought to watch their game .... luckily i watched Goh Soon Huat against Alamsyah earlier .... quite entertaining, especially from Alamsyah .... love to see his fighting spirit .....

^^Good to see you were there... it looked quite empty in that video.
And the crowd was surprisingly (or not :p) ... cheering for GVS/LKW. :D

BAM still fields this pair, incoming free loss in MD for all matches even against Germany.
KKK is a spent force, he does not even bother to apply pressure on the net any more. He used to be slow, now he looks even slower.
TBH is following the same trend and does not even look like he bothers any more, he even started to pick up some lazy shots and style from KKK. I don't remember him being so damn slow on court.
Forget about KKK/TBH waking up, its BAM who has to wake up and not field them as top choice for all competitions in order to give them a slap in the face.
Just wait for them to lose every single match to give BAM a slap in the face.

KKK has been like this for quite some time, since post-2011 AE final. They improved a little bit before Olympics and stayed that form for awhile but as soon as the slack its been downhill.
TBH is following KKK's style, slacking off and being lazy on court as well. He used to cover for KKK, now he learnt that as long as they maintain their world ranking, they earn lots of $$ from sponsors and salary so he's just waiting to enjoy his final months with KKK without working hard

I still don't understand why Tan Kim Her still bothered to field this pair.

That shows once again that Rexy was right after all. He questioned whether the MAS coaches were brave enough to field Goh/Lim in the Star 2 days ago:

HOW brave are the Malaysian coaches? That’s what Indonesian Rexy Mainaky intends to find out when at the Sudirman Cup takes off at the Putra Stadium in Bukit Jalil this Sunday.

Rexy said it would take a brave coach to go with world No. 15 Lim Khim Wah-Goh V Shem in the mixed team competition, which will be held from May 19-26.

“Khim Wah-V Shem achieved a breakthrough and proved themselves, but are the coaches ready to field them instead of their top pairs in matches that matter?” he asked.

It turns out....they were not brave enough!

i've said before earlier that i realise malaysia is well known for not taking risks in fielding any second ranked people in play even if its against any not-so-good country and therefore KKK/TBH will surely be fielded in matches. Kim Her said before that 2nd ranked pair is still not as good as KKK/TBH. IMO, any other pair is better than them. At least other pairs has the fire and oomph to show that they seriously wanted to win unlike KKK/TBH, they are still living in past glory and think they're the best.

at least if they can stretch WXL / YY to rubber it's good enough. Even I think they will lose to TQ / ZYL :p

It is not just lacking team spirit that they failed the team, the truth is they do not have it in them anymore to compete against the world's best pairing, they are just hanging in by their WR.
