It's been a long time since I've been on BC and I came across this thread. I managed to find a picture I uploaded 5 years ago when i practically just started badminton and Im here to make an update ! Looking at the old photo, It really blew my mind how much I've developed as a badminton player but I still have many things to to learn in this beautiful game ! Haha these are just high school medals ! nothing impressive but it's something Im proud of
This is my badminton bag... It's a Yonex one and I don't know the type, just know it's the biggest without wheels... (hate looking like a 60+ guy going to shops with his wheely trolly -_- ). Also trollies are unconvenient when you travel by train cause they never fit through the center-walk... I often travel with my bag, so travel tags are on the bag; -My Insurance Identification tag -My KLM Silver Elite tag (so they don't throw my stuff around in the airplane, and so that I dont have to wait after arrival for my bags). -Last bagagetag (which is from Madrid, may/june), can't be bothered to remove it... The bag is now packed for training/recreational play, in it is now: -3x Yonex Voltric 80 (BG65 Black @ 27/29 lbs) -3x Yonex Nanospeed 9900 (strings cut for travel, not yet restrung -> lazy) -Halffilled Yonex AS-30 tube for training -Almost empty bag of Yonex AC102x30 grips (only 2 left i suppose) -Empty 1.5l refundable bottle -Yonex shorts -2x Yonex VC shirts -Yonex badmintonsocks (3 pc.) -Clean underwear (2 pc.) -Clean socks (1 pc.) -Towels (2 pc.) -Yonex trainingsuit -Swimmingshorts (I tend to go swimming after training sometimes ) -Yonex SHB-102 which are about to be replaced (they are ruined XD)) -Found 840 Russian Rubles XD (wasn't aware they were here) -2 cans of deodorant: brand AXE -1 eau de toilette (Hugo BOSS something) -1 can of Spanish REFLEX spray (the best against injuries) -1 can with medicine (Diclofenac50, Loperamide, Paracetamol, ORS) -1 can of EAAS (Essential Amino-Acids Supplements, disgusting but highly effective) -1 can with scissors and 1 roll of towel grip + grip powder -Dirty clothes bag -Dirty shoes bag -(sometimes) tube of hair gel to impress ze ladiesz with epic haircut When I go to (inter)national tournaments I additionally have: -1 Bottle of Vodka, no wait, that's not actually in there... -1 more towel -1 additional set of underwear -5-6 additional Yonex shirts (depending on the amount of possible matches I have to play) -1 additional Yonex short
My current bag and its usual contents: 2 N55, 1 N90, 2 pairs of shoes, 2 pairs of shorts, 4 sets of shirts, 1 set of spare undies/compression shorts (not in picture!), 2 pairs of socks, 1 China national team shirt (for good luck!), some grips, KT tapes, athletic tape, heat spray, grip powder, spare contact lenses, wallet, phone, keys, coins & a water bottle (not in picture).
Going to a tournament tomorrow. Though I might as well take a picture, of what I have stuffed my bag with, for this thread. Victor 9 Racket bag. Let’s see what’s inside it... - 3 x Towels (1 for bathing, 2 for sweating…) - 3 x Socks - 7 x Sweatbands (6 for the wrist, 1 for the head) - 2 x RKEP Power Master Grip - Roll of Yonex Super Grap. - 4 x T-Shirts - 3 x Shorts - Tracksuit. - My dearest possession (The badmintoncentral t-shirt Chris brought all the way to Denmark for me ) - 2 x Water bottles - Roll of Sports tape - Roll of Electric tape - Scissor - Ankle support - Badminton Rulebook - Resinpad - 2 x Isotonic drink powder. - Li-Ning Shoes - 2 x String (Nanogy 99, VS-850) - Flip Flops (for between games) - 2 x Ointment for muscle and joints (I’m getting old ^^) - 3 x Li-Ning N55 - 2 x Victor MX80 - 1 x Victor BS11 - 1 x Victor BS LYD (Luckely there is a stringer at the tournament)
Hehe, there isn't room for everything. Atm. I like to use them for doubles with partners that don't know doubles as they seems to be indestructable. If I know myself I'll probably come back to them for singles as well though as I seem to cycle through my rackets at a fanatic pace.
is that the 6 racket version of the bag you got there? you manage to fit all of those stuff into the 6 racket one? nice shoes btw!
You got the 9 racket bag version in white? Where did you get it from? And do you mind pm-ing me how much you got it for?
Mine is an actual China national team player-issued bag. Got it through a contact in China. This was the last bag that he had.

OMG!!! Finally someone with a MP27. I am currently using this racket. It has been 2 years since i started playing badminton and I was gifted this racket by my family. I heard it was a discontinued model so I did not find a lot of into on this racket online. I didn't find any forum posts here about MP27 . I play both men's singles and doubles with this racket. Very much easier to play doubles. What do you can you say about this?

Whoooaa speechless.. I think this is the best show-us-your-badminton-bag-contents picture so far.. Very well presented. You even include the keychain. If you could hang the racket on the wall, this picture would have been perfect. (need to show this to my buddies..)
