She looks very fun and playful... probably the liveliest in the China team First time I heard her voice too.. surprised me the first time
Wang Shixian and Wang Yihan speaks Mandarin in a somewhat heavy accent, Shixian from Suzhou and Yihan from Shanghai, that it took me a while to get what they were saying. Here's what I gathered from the video: The TV commentator was saying, earlier we saw Li Xuerui preparing to play 3v3 match (for CCTV Cup) so she couldn't slacken. But it's different for WYH and WSX who weren't involved in any competition, let's watch both of them doing a light-hearted sketch. At the badminton hall, the reporter was heard actually asking WSX whether she can think of a single killer stroke that he can use to finish off his opponents when playing singles, to which she answered laughingly there's no way she can do it as otherwise she wouldn't be in her present state and pushed the the question to WYH who also shook her head without replying('Huh,me?). [Can't believe the reporter asking such an inane question]. Next the reporter must have requested them to say a few words to the TV audience. After a brief discussion, the following was acted out :- first, WSX said it's the Chinese New Year and everybody longs to return home; then WYH followed up by saying, regardless whether one brings any presents home, our going home is the best gift; finally, both of them wish everyone a Happy Lunar New Year. [Both of them are quite endearing in the video, WSX being particularly lively and fun-loving in that instance. I recall a TV interview of WSX after her Asian Games 2010 victory where the interviewer started off by saying she looks even prettier in person than on camera. In fact, the said video had been posted in this thread somewhere.]
Like, not love? There are at least five of us here who have openly professed our love for her, you do have serious competition; if I'm not wrong, age is against you, you're too young for her. Just kidding. Btw, Shixian is not playing in the German Open but in the All England and the Swiss Open that follows which , as the top CHN WS seed, I think she has a good chance of winning it. Let's wish her a good start to the new year. JIAYOU !
wkakkakakkakaa yes.. i know it.. i love shixian but its too late.. chen long.. she choose him.. now..
I miss seeing her wear those one-piece dress like sports wear (The one she wore in the World Championship where she lost to Wang Xin), and also those skorts. Those outfits show off her fit legs!
some one left shixian its not me.. but i get this picture from my friend's twitter love it.. a beatifull woman
WSX appears to be only one of 2 top WS players from China who are not carrying any injuries at the moment. She needs to ensure that she remains that way. Her style of play is very physical, but her fitness is also quite amazing. Now, hopefully we'll get to see some more attacking play instead of her usual attritional style...
