    ArcSaber 10

    hi everyone,

I am new to this forum but would really appreciate some help. Like many other people on here I would like you guys to help me in determining whether or not this arcsaber is fake. Its on ebay (i know what your thinking) but the stock comes from the uk and from all the tests and things to check that i have seen online in both this forum and others to check whether it is genuine or not it passes. I know its very very cheap but you never know.

anyway here is the link any help would be much appreciated

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170367405874

    thanks

Hi, I bought an ArcSaber 10 online for £50. It has a serial number: 5784638-201053CH, is this genuine? It has been restrung in a pro shop and they said nothing, so is it genuine? Thanks in advance,

    Will

    serial code is 201053CH....

I think AS10 was released way later than 2005.... therefore I conclude that the racquet is a counterfeit product

correct me if i am wrong

I am looking at the Kason line of rackets and saw two Ebayers that carry them. One is chinasells and the other is china-friend. Anyone have dealt with either of them? Reliable, recommended?

Looks like he's new to selling rackets. The price is on the high side compared to at least one hong kong based reliable webshop (http://www.mybadmintonstore.com/shop/product_info.php?cPath=25_26_98&products_id=455) so might as well have a look at the different HK webshops.

This one has been recommended before as far as Kason is concerned: http://stores.shop.ebay.co.uk/KASON-racquets

Saw a dodgy arcsaber 10 pic at chinasells so wouldn't recommend that one. China-friend looks the more reliable of the two.

Or get it straight from Japan @ shuttle-house for a similar price or even a little cheaper than the aforementioned HK webshop's price.

Oh yeah: avoid chinasells like the plague ;) One Arc10 is listed at $42 USD, while the same Arc10 is listed as well @ $212 :D. Plus the feedback shows NS9000's for $40-ish = a.v.o.i.d.

Thanks, I think they may be legit but they play the Ebay games inflating shipping to cover low closing fees. That Arc10 listed at $42 comes with a shipping cost of $169! Probably the NS9000s also carried the high shipping as well.

In all, I agree, china-friend do have a more extensive feedback record.

Definitely fake. If you paid by Paypal you can do a paypal strike.

Nano 800 should be fine and as for the other ... what are you thinking?!? :p

Shocked about what? Yes it's fake, not even a good attempt in faking the numbers [IMG]

I confronted him with the Racket beeing a fake. He said it is 100% no fake. Said its a Racket made for the chinese market blah blah.

Is there a official Site from Yonex or something where i can actually proof that the serial is faked? Cause i called Paypal earlier and they told me that ill need a proof of it beeing a fake and without u guys i wouldnt even know. :(

Sry if i am a Pain in the Ass.

Im just pretty sad to spend alot of money to get a fake racket. But that'll be me a ebay lesson.

maybe he means real badminton racket and usable.
to prove it is fake? why not ask ebay to prove it is legit yonex racket?

bring it to nearest authorized YY dealer and get written confirmation that it is a fake YY, show it to ebay.....
