Actually HJE seems to get it on with her teammates more than KMJ. Yesterday at the stadium after Shin Baek Cheol and Cho Gun Woo sent Chai Biao/Guo Zhendong packing, HJE/KMJ were already waiting together with their JPN opponents at the entrance. The KOR boys hi-fived HJE on their way to the outside while pretty much ignoring Kim Min Jung :(

I actually thought that was pretty funny the way Pederson jumped onto Juhl =p. Showed how much she wanted the win.

Disappointing finish by the Korean side. Well chin up oppas and onis, they will bounce back strongly in the All England. That's not the last we see from them.

Indonesians on the other hand, ZZZ x 100. Sometimes I wonder if they are pretending to play sh*t just to keep a low profile or stay under the radar.

i suspect that's largely why the malaysian crowd never fail to yell their support for the Danes. coz if the Danes won, they can expect lots of freebies thrown to them in appreciation. :p

The actual story is that, the Danes don't get this kind of support in Europe. When they came to play in Malaysia or Indonesia, they tend to appreciate the kind of encouragement given by the crowd, as long as they are not playing local players, that is.

So in appreciation of such support, they give freebies to the crowd - soaking wet shirt, towel, racquet, whatever they could spare. The effect of which makes the crowd more willing to support them again in future tournaments.

Also, and what is important from the standpoint of the game, they know how to bring the crowd alive (as if the crowd in MAS and INA isn't alive enough! :D) and fill the place with energy and good vibes. Showing genuine emotion; including the crowd in the celebration; thanking the crowd without reservation. It's the stuff that improves ratings. :)

sure, i understand the Danes point of view. but hearing the malaysian supporters' screams for the Danes racquets and shirts firsthand, gave me a fresh perspective of the undying support they have for the Danes, even when they play against other Asian players. all in good fun, of course. :)

    I watched the recording
IMO, Tago got very big pressure from MY supporter
    made so many mistakes

but I understand now why he can beat TH
he has speed, fast thinking and well placed shots
he returns the bird on the empty area, makes it difficult to return the shot
