Irfan/Wenni struggled to beat the Thai junior pair in 3-sets. The Thai girl participated in the WJC 2011, while the Thai boy also competed in the Tangkas Alfamart Junior IC 2011.

anyway, i still have faith with Riyanto Subagja...
his style and skill is very good... still wondering why he can not use all of his weapon well...
even, after watching Vito in Axiata, i still think Riyanto is better...
i think, there is something to do with his mental strengh....

last year, he can beat some decent players....

i start to think that he has the same problem as Hayom.... hope not...

top 100 in the end of this year will be very very good for Riyanto....
but i think, Top 130 is enough... Top 100 looks unlikely...
Hayom was in Top 75 when he was 20 yo, and Top 25 when he was 21 yo...
at least, Riyanto should follow Hayom's footstep...

What a disbelief performance from Bellaetrix, after good run last week

It reassure the bitter result for ina ws. Play rubber and lost no matter how big the lead they have.

I think we should add coaches who can solves this problems. Chronic disease.

how come you can say like that ??
i put faith, but not much....
even, iskandar's result nowadays, is not better than riyanto. remember, iskandar is 21, riyanto is 19.
riyanto has an excellent skill... good physical built... tall... good power also....
he is just not mature enough i think.. and surely, not consistent....

i will give him 2 years more until 21 yo to see his development....

in this time, i will give him my faith, but not much pressure....

    still very young....

Riyanto Subagja has been very disappointing since his good run, winning a few senior titles in 2009 (Laos IC is one of them), and reaching QF in WJC 2010. Maybe early success gets into his head?

    maybe....
but we can not judge it now...
    just see his development...
i think Li Mao also like him....
we can see he send Riyanto more than other right now...
but i can not deny that i feel disappointed with recent run of Riyanto...
and i think other INA fan feel it so...

Msian players lost except for the 3 MD pairs. Vountus/Lufti should at least reach finals in this tourney & show some results, they are not young juniors anymore.

without good power, this pair seems struggling against any pair, as they dont know how to kill the shot...
but it's ok as long as they know how to win the match....

Hmm, both 23, still with BAM. The other 2 pairs : Yew, Jagdish, Low, Tan YJ are 19 and 20, still young. By right, Vountus/Lufti should be participating in GP and SS level tournaments by now like their peers GVS/LKW, TWK.

So far so good for Team INA, with only 4 losses (2 in MS, 1 in WS, and 1 in MD).

It will get tougher tomorrow, with 2 rounds being played and there would be plenty of casualties for sure.

    MS R16
Evert Sukamta vs Keigo Sonoda [3] - Evert should start delivering some results at IC level tourneys.....can he beat the third-seed tomorrow?

    WS R16
Chiaki Tamura vs Hera Desi [2] - Hera should progress.

    MD R16
    Muhd Ulinnuha/Ricky Karanda Suwardi
[7] vs Takeshi Kamura/Keigo Sonoda - I expect Ulin/Ricky to progress to at least QF.

    Berry Angriawan/Rahmat Adianto
vs Takatoshi Kurose/Sho Zeniya [8] - I am hoping for an upset here for Berry/Rahmat.

Praveen Jordan/Didit Juang Indrianto vs Hiroyuki Saeki/Ryota Taohata [5] - Jordan/Didit have done well in these 2 tourneys and it will be a tremendous achievement if they can reach QF and face Markus/Agri again.

Shu Wada/Tetsuya Watanabe vs Markus Fernaldi Gideon/Agripinna Prima Rahmanto Putra [2] - Markus/Agri are expected to progress.

    WD R16
    Jenna Gozali/Komala Dewi
[1] vs Saki Hayata/Sayaka Hirota - the top-seed should take this one.

Chiang Pei Hsin/Pai Yu Po vs Gebby Ristiyani Imawan/Tiara Rosalia Nuraidah [2] - the TPE pair should be another tricky opponent and I hope Gebby/Tiara can at least reach QF.

    XD R16
    Irfan Fadhilah/Wenni Anggraini
[1] vs Yuya Komatsuzaki/Aratama Misato - I still expect Irfan/Wenni to progress despite their laboured win today.

Hiroyuki Saeki/Kugo Asumi vs Riky Widianto/Richi Dili Puspita [2] - ditto for Riky/Richi.

Taipei suffered the most losses and China players from club did not do well as expected especially on their WS and WD.
