jaya jusco(JJ) stores, as world of sports (WOS) is parked under JJ to sell sports equipment. WOS can be found in all major shopping mall at KL. as in PC, Pertama Complex, my fair guess, minimum 10 shops selling sports shoes. there is 1 shop in Ampang Park shopping complex, selling many kind of sports shoes. that is why i said, not many people here are familiar with mizuno's shoes. to check availability and price in KL, if you scout around whole KL and PJ area, 15 major shopping mall, 20 others of badminton's shop(if you just pick those that with more choices), divide 3 days. each day you need to visit 5 malls and 7 shops.
i am not sure whether you have visited KL before. if azabaz_ipoh want to shop for badminton's equipment in KL, i can bring you to shop till you drop.... :D you will complain that even play badminton is not that exhausted.
this will be different if you ask about Yonex shoes, as it is a top brand and many people here are familiar with.

Hi, can i know which model are you guys wearing?
I have the most common 7km-54014.
From the web site provided by azabaz, the 7km-760 and 7km-660 look nice.

cool. :D :D i have only been to pertama kompleks and SOGO. seldom venture to KL. :) who knows, i just might take you up on the offer drifit. yeah, yonex is much easier to find. more so because they are a specialist in badminton equipments. mizuno on the other hand are more known for baseball and running. i think....hehehehhee.

i am using the 7KM-54014 too. that is pretty much the only mizuno badminton shoes i have ever seen in malaysia. their shoes do look awesome especially the badminton shoes. :)

    Hi,

Just thought I give my 2 sen, I have the wave smash s2 and I am very happy with it. Mizuno's makes good shoes so it is worth hunting for them. If you can't find the model you want in Malaysia then try online stores. I've used e78.com.hk and have no problems with their service. Their Mizunos are well priced inclusive of shipping. I've based this assumption using Aussie dollars and the limited choices available in Aust.

I've not shopped for Mizuno's in Malaysia and I don't know who stocks them but well somebody should because they are good and offer an alternative product.

    Regards

p/s i have the SHB100LTD as well and I am very happy with the performance of that shoe. So if all else fails and no Mizuno's are found, no choice lah try the 100LTD :p

if more than RM200, i go but Yonex SHB100MX....
from what i can see, the insole, blue colour shall be the "power cushion". the rubber thread(outsole) pattern looks like Yonex's hexagrip. the breathable hole underneath similiar to Victor's shoe. anyone see it in KL, pls inform here....:D i will go shopping....:p
    mizuno shoe, model 7KM-78009

the sole looks awesome. though how it would fare on the courts would still be unproven until someone here uses it. i think it looks like a high end mizuno badminton shoes. those usually cost more than RM200.00. even the mizuno wave lightning costs more than RM200.00. new models should be around RM400 to RM500. this shoes is in the link i gave before. the name of the shoes is mastercross wave XX. only two shoes have white soles. the mastercross wave XX and mastercross wave DX. but i figured unless we are going to japan anytime soon, we will not come across these models. :D and...emmmmm....i dont think there is a model that starts with 9 yet since the first number represents the year of the model. since we are still in year 2007 the highest number should be 7. :)

i think it is worth it. high end mizuno shoes are very high tech too. like yonex is. i think until someone uses it and gave their review, we will never know if the mizunos can stack up to the yonexs. :D

Heard that China's national table tennis team has sign contract with Mizuno. They will user Mizuno products in the future.
