held on 4 to 6 May 2012 at Perth, Western Australia Indonesian team : BS : Fikri Ikhsandi, Ari Jauhari, Jonathan Christie GS : Ruselli Hartawan, Lya Ersalita BD : Putra Eka Rhoma/Hafiz Faisal GD : Ruselli Hartawan, Lya Ersalita XD : Hafiz Faisal/Ruselli Hartawan, Putra Eka Rhoma/Lya Ersalita
Hafiz Faisal/Putra Eka Jaya Raya club very seriously preparing Hafiz Faisal/Putra Eka Rhoma to be a world-class badminton players. This is the fourth international tournament that they follow this year. Previously they were sent to the Dutch Open Junior, German Open Junior and Vietnam Challenge. Even Hafiz won the mixed doubles of Vietnam Challenge with Pia Zebadiah
that's good.... and they train under Bambang Suprianto. i hope they will do the same thing to Fajar/Rian. welcome to this forum you must have a close relationship to Jaya Raya and Tangkas, right ?
Good to see that! At least we can see why Jaya Raya is not sending their elites to the Walikota Surabaya Cup.
I think better send the team to Surabaya rather than here. The competition on Walikota Surabaya Cup much tougher than here. Korea, Japan send the big squad to Surabaya plus Malaysia, Singapore, etc. Yes, we didn't know Player List when send Players Registry. In Last 2 years Korea sent their elite Junior to Walikota Surabaya Cup & Tangkas Alfamart Junior.
Setyana Mapassa, Leonile Josephine also play in here Malvinne Alcala from Philippines on the list too.
Wow, looks like the whole DKI Jakarta top players are gonna be there... Hmm... club self-funding or DKI funding?
2012 Australian U19 Junior International . It looks like Indonesian players could clean sweep this 2012 Australian U19 Junior International. The schedule and draw are now available; http://www.tournamentsoftware.com/sport/matches.aspx?id=9B83833D-8ACC-44F6-9AD0-03AA72EB3A91 .
clean sweep ?? hard lah, in GS, there is malvinne... last time she defeated setyana in singapore junior series. in GD, ruselly/lya are only 15 yo but i hope we can clean sweep the titles
Good warm-up matches for the INA players today as all of them book spots in the QF. NOTHING less than an all-INA Finals in BS, BD, GD, and XD will be enough. Perhaps, only Malvinne Alcala can prevent a sweep of titles here.
I just heard that the Tangkas players were sent using fresh funds from Specs while the Jaya Raya players either used their own funds or sent by the club. No PBSI-Jakarta money were used. Current PBSI-Jakarta officers-in-charge still have a big cold-war with Tangkas.
Yes, I doubt Pengprov Jakarta funding these event which some players have played in Porprov (Province Games) other Province (mostly played for Jawa Barat, Banten).
As expected, it's an all INA-Final in BS and XD. Fikri Ihsandi H. [1] beat Jonathan Christie [3] and will meet Ari Januari [5/8] in the Final. Ditto in XD as Jaya Raya's Hafiz Faisal/Ruselli Hartawan [1] will square off against team-mate and partners in their respective doubles event Putra Eka Rhoma/Lya Ersalita [2]. Hafiz Faisal is a strong contender for XD in AJC & WJC, maybe partnering Shella Devi Aulia or Rosyita Putri Eka Sari? In BD and GD, Hafiz Faisal/Putra Eka Rhoma [1] and Lya Ersalita/Ruselli Hartawan should win easily. The only one that will probably go away is GS, with the favorite Malvinne Ann Venice Alcala [1] taking on Setyana Mapasa [3/4].
One day, Setyana will become an awesome WD and XD player, not destined to be an awesome WSplayer... Remember, I said it first. She has outstanding hand skills and reflex, but her body endurance is not Susi Susanti material..... hehehe...
