Is it the sign that she will dominate WS category again like she did in 2009? We shall see. Btw, congrats for her, changing her silver medal in MO with gold medal in KO, not to mention a OSIM chair
WYH has shown great form, and silenced I hope some of the BC members that find her play poor in variety and quality. For the whole of last year she indeed played badly, but since one or two months she recovered most of her determination and stroke quality. Her net play, her movement on court and her variety of shots outclassed WSX at the KO open. The big stake though is coming, all the girls wanting to be number 1 and 2 in the national team, so they qualify for the London OLY. And I can't imagine an OLY without this girl!
I just finish watching her match against Wang Shixian. Yihan did so well at the net yesterday, she has more confidence in her net play yesterday compared to last week's MO. Welcome back Yihan! A good new year present for her, hope she can win more titles this year. Jia you!
Nah, interesting to wait...Both Wang Xin & Shixian should be strongest candidate to deny her 2009 dominance repeat once again in this year Yup, her net-play was much better than Shixian yesterday. Congrats to Yihan then to win first SS Premier with WOW prize-money
WYH is back on form, but still not up to her blistering 2009 performance, would be great to see how she measures up against Tine Baun, Saina Nehwal.
WYH has returned !!! . IMHO, WYH has returned in form (as at the 2011 Korea Open PSS). Congratulations to WYH !!! However, I don't think that LYB is convinced. Let us follow WHY closely in tournaments leading up to the 2012 London Olympic Games. .
I've always truly believe that Wang Yihan is a notch above Wang Shixian (she is very good too, not just in the same caliber). Enough crap from the crappy coach (not even worth mentioning that name) ditching her the moment she had rough patch.
Yaa.. she still gotta play against japan & also korean player...nt 2 forget new-rising thai youngster
WYH seems to be her old self, near at the peak, so the upcoming tourneys should not pose a threat even if she faces compatriot WSX back-to-back.
