Looks like he's maximizing his opportunity of shaping by BAC matches... Maybe next round will be his last round... :D

Judging by the closeness of so many matches, the ROW has either caught up with mighty CHN or the latter is still shaking off serious rust.

That pic sequence of LD crashing through the boards is quite funny. Did he dive full length backwards or stumble into them?

    The WS QFs look intriguing:

    • Rat v Sayaka - Sayaka is showing great form but it will take a superhuman effort to kill Rat. Rat has a little too much and seems to be displaying a more mature side to her game as well. She should shade it.
    • Eriko v Sindhu - Write off Eriko at your own peril. Just because Sindhu knocked off WSX doesn't mean she will walk this match. Another drawn-out affair with Sindhu prevailing.
    • TTY v WYH - which TTY will show up? Which WYH will show up. With inconsistency plaguing both players, it's a difficult call. In the end, home ground advantage might prove the difference. TTY to steal it.
    • LXR v Sonia - on paper it looks so one-sided. Based on form, it's much closer. LXR has been patchy since the OG while Sonia has been on cloud 9 for the last month. However, no upset here as LXR takes it.

Great to see Sindhu starting to share Saina's responsibility.

No mater how Lin Dan plays. I am just glad that he's back.

I wonder what the team orders will be in the LD v WZM match. Hard to see WZM being given the green light although he is playing well and LD is still finding his feet.

Waddaya think? The more mature Rat should be able to handle everything Sayaka throws at her (including cheese if she chooses :D)
