Hmm, this Lee's battle is quite tight. :D

I love how Lee Hyun Il plays

imo, he has better defence than LCW... the way he moves, the way he positions the shuttle and how he retrieves it.... just amazing

Even if he loses today, I hope he will feel satisfied with the way he is playing. At his age, he can still go head to head with LCW, now that's something

I really hope he keeps going, Lee Hyun Il is a talented player. His only problem is... unforced errors, and maybe his attacking ability / speed as well

Chong Wei won the first game 21-19. LHI made an awful lot of careless errors in the first half of the game but seems to have found his length now. LCW is playing still quite relaxed though.

so sad.. Lee HI is one of my favourite player. He lost G1 by a whisker... IMHO, Lee HI's footwork is one of the best in the world--second only to LD.

lcw just scraped through because of his willingness to smash more...but lhi able to neutralise a majority of lcw's attack today, hope lcw will relax now and play his usualy game in the 2nd set...the 1st set should let lcw know not to count lhi out

LCW is now playing his natural game, he is no longer pressured and playing his usual style

    He finally found his rhythm!

But that's bad for LHI, he's making alot of errors

    what a finish
i haven't been watching all the match just looking from time to time to the score. After 18-10 in second I understood it's done. And suddenly such comeback of LCH
