They are all the same racquet....ns9900. I'm guess ants is either someone sponsored by the evil empire....or perhaps a racquet shopowner....or wait.....ants IS the evil empire...

    hahaha :p

to HKChua - i am also a fellow arc10 user and am about to get the ns9900. i've tried the ns9000x and i actually like the feel... but according to the most recent post from Ants the ns9000x and ns9900 feels different. We'll soon see and will keep updating as I get more adapted to the racket =]

YES! NS9000-x is DIFFERENT than NS9900. NS9000-x feel stiffer and not as user friendly. They feel different. I do not have both racquet with me right now. However, I believe the NS9900 has shorter shaft than NS9000-(s*x).

I dont think i'm good enough to be sponsored by the evil empire.. If i do.. you would probably see me on tv playing against lindan :p . And i dont own a badminton shop. Unfortunately i don't have any business that is badminton related.

Anastasia Russkikh... and, for a very very short while, Lee Chong Wei.

Many pros switched to the NS9000 when it was first launched. Surprised that the NS9900 had such a lukewarm response from the pros.

Agree with Twobeer that NS9900 is basically a NS8000 with newer technology packed in - both have headlight + extra stiff shaft combo which is quite unusual. As I recall, not many pros like NS8k, hence their lukewarm response to NS9900.

HKChua, if you like NS8000, then you'll love NS9900.
