does any one knows if astec 850 is avaliable in singapore? if there is mind telling which shop sells it and at wad price. thx
Is this Forza from Denmark ? I saw someone using Forza but it doesn't look like those used by the Danish players, in fact it looks like the NS9000.
The models which Soh plan to carry cannot be found in the Forza website and my guess is these models are produced for this region only. Sometime back I bought an original Forza racquet bag from a reputable shop in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam and its not found in the catalogue.
anyone knows where i can find Victor rackets, besides Gala and Chris Aw's shop? i'm after a 3U artery tec ti 95 power but they both had only 4U version. thanks....
Babolat racquets in Royal Sporting House/Sports Factory I recently saw some babolat mid-high end racquet in RSH, Orchard Rd. There's two models. One is about SGD125 and the other is SGD110. I think it's the Satellite Star/Satelite Solar. The racquets certainly looks nice, gives more choice than just the Wilson racquets. Technology includes a V-joint, some Kevlar/graphite composite etc. I also saw the new model Wilson K-Smash, a blue-ish racquet, nice colors.
wow...i didnt know that! Maybe i shd go down to 10 & 10 or other places to hunt for the shoes liao. Thanks alot!
bro silver, you should go around for your baddy shopping more often. sintec's prices are usually a bit on the high side compared to usual market pricing.
haha! i gonna do that for my upcoming sch holiday in 1.5 mths time. So many stuff to buy! but need save up 1st of course.
I cant say that Mr Soh is right or wrong on this matter. Probably he has exposed to more IPs than JPs when he do his stringing and selling of items. Personally I think both is equally good but JP has better made/quality than IPs rackets. If you can get a hold on IP rackets... i would advice you to do so. Its rarer to get an IP than JP as well. Whenever players go to Japan Open, all of them request for JPs even when there are IPs for them. As in tournaments outside Japan, mostly of the rackets issued are IPs.
regarding this, i think i can understand what Soh meant. I bought one AT700 IP for my friend from him, and before he strung the racket, i test out the racket frame by flexing the frame head. Not much of a budge, and definitely very sturdy. (in case you didn't know, i weigh 200+lbs and broke some rackets with my bare hands before). the IP version also is not that head heavy, but delivers powerful shots, doesn't give up that much in defense. (couldn't resist trying the racket, as i was a 1st gen AT700 owner once). i can't comment on the quality of materials/ construction as compared to JP version, but this IP is definitely a great racket.
The Babolat X-feel Blast and Essential are available at Smash Sports, East Point 2nd level. Retail prices are S$199 before shop discount.
