Very disappointed with INA shuttlers' performance in our own home...
    It's a gloomy era in INA badminton, I'm afraid.:crying:

BTW, I remember what Harvey Dent aka Two Face says in The Dark Knight:
The night is darkest just before the dawn. And I promise you…the dawn is coming."

Hopefully this 'dawn' will come soon, very soon! ;)

It depends on how optimist you are, mister. ;)

The problem in my opinion isn't his stamina... it's his WILL OF FIRE! He doesn't want to win badly! He's playing like it's just what, another simple tournament, yet Indonesia's relying on him to snatch the only win on IO... Yet he wasted it. Shattered our hope into billions of tiny bits.

Notice his drop-shots during the second set? There's almost abso-bloody-lutely no power in them, unlike Lee Chong Wei's dead-accurate-and-powerful drop-shots and smashes...

Furious much? Yes, I am

Now, Taufik, if we see you play like that again, ever... Feel our wrath.

    Hmm..

..well, i'm more of a realist than an optimist.;)
Really, how soon of a turnaround do you think it'll happen??..
    - So, if it's not his stamina, then why didn't he want to win badly??? What's defusing his WILL OF FIRE?? Lack of confidence?? Ever think abt "mind is willing but body is weak??"..
    - Have we seen this before from Taufik?? Have you seen his recent performances or in the past yr or so??..

oh yes...i remembered watching his play at thomas cup.. I was so upset with his play that time and also the other indonesian thomas team (except kido/setiawan, they were excellent).
I think he's just not consistent, because when he played at the quarterfinal against peter gade, he was on fire. dunno what happened to him at the final round.
