You have my upmost sympathies. I've broken and dislocated a few bones thoughout my body but none of that hurt as much as the dental pain I had from an infected wisdom tooth. Rest up and be sure to eat well (however practical that is I don't know)! Hope you feel better soon.

Yeah, although Taufik goes into Tau-fu mode today, normally MAS players besides LCW and WCH couldn't ever beat him.

I think male badminton players should not b allowed to wear fancy briefs underneath white shorts! So distracting!

Thanks Lady S, I'm getting a little better now.

Not to worry too much about your pics. It gets better through practice.
What I normally do is to use the "P" mode and to adjust the ISO to it's highest for action pics. Mine is a Canon EOS 550D and i turn the ISO to 6400. I don't take manual. I prefer to take my pics bigger by using the zoom lens.

A tripod can help if you are not too comfortable with hand-held. The rest is entirely up to you.

My camera is set to M. I'm using 550d too. My ISO is set to 1600 only. I haven't tried any higher. Maybe tmr. I'm leaving soon. My arms are aching now :(

Thanks HappySachs. Indeed I've suffered enough of dental pain in the past.

Oohh, take care, Uncle Loh. You must have waited a bit too long before going to the dentist allowing the infection to spread close to your right eye. Let's hope the antibiotics work well for you and save your two precious teeth as well. As for painkillers, I heard arcoxia is very good.

Back to SS Open, except for our Olympian Gu Juan who was knocked out by Porntip, the other WSs made it to R2. Derek Wong didn't make it either. For WD, a good showing by Shinta Mulia Sari/Yao Lei is necessary to boost their confidence going to the OG, hope their bad patch ends here.

Lastly, an anonymous quote to cheer you up:- "I'm a one-drink woman, two at the most, three I'm under the table, four I'm under the host.":D

I've considered Showman Sasaki to be a darkhorse for the Olympics, his recent Thomas Cup performance against Lin Dan confirmed my belief then but his early exit at the INA Open last week and his elimination at R1 here today are inexplicable to me. Doesn't bode well for a late bloomer's first and probably last OG quest.

At least the other darkhorse, Dangerman Lee HI managed to overcome an in-form Kashyap. Still it's quite open as to who will emerge champion in the end. A good chance and golden opportunity for an unexpected name to take his first Superseries title.

It will be worse if they didn't wear any briefs underneath the white shorts.

What has happened to Sho Sasaki?
He has been doing poorly lately and has now lost to Viktor Axelsen in the 1st round of the the Li Ning Singapore Open 2012 despite being seeded number 1.

Du Pengyu appears to be just one match wonder and and he has been beaten by SDK in round 1 of the main draw. Last week he beat SDK in the DIBO 2012 in the QF.

TH has also been going downhill and has lost again in the early round, this time round 1 which is one worst than last week when he lost in the 2nd round.
