But base on national U-19 rank... Hanna, Setyana, Rina and Ruselli are top 4. quite fair though i think ;)

ok boys and girls... let see how far you can go in the upcoming AJC...
i really hope a medal in team event and a few medals in the individual event...
at least 1 gold is ok for me....

    for team event,

against Korea, we have a chance in BS, BD, XD, GD... but of course will be quite tight...
esp korea plays in the home soil...
Choi Sol Kyu is very good, i dont think Edi Subaktiar can handle him actually, but edi is very good mentally.... KOR BS lost to thomi and kho in german junior, thomi and kho fail in the selection... that's why i am sure we can handle KOR BS... GD will be the key... i hope we can take it....

against malaysia, we have chance in BS, BD, XD, and probably GD...
i dont think MAS can beat our BD and XD... but Soong Joo Ven can make INA day harder if he beat Vito/Gifar as i am sure MAS GS is still better than us... then, Shella/Anggia or Melati/Rosyita will have to win against Chow/Lee who are really good... as limsy said, they have world class talent...

against thai ?? ok, sure lost for GS, tight game for MS, but i expect good victory in other depts...
although thammasin/khosit are very good, i do think that Shesar Hiren Rhustavito and Arif Gifar Ramadhan are on about the same level with them... Lam Narissapat can make some surprise... let see..

    for china, no idea....

for japan, i think we will lost GS and BS, we have to take the other depts... i am sure we have the edge....

for india, they will get GS point, but we will take the others.... not sure for BS... Sameer Verma has improved a lot... i hope vito/gifar can handle him....
against an all round player like sameer, vito's style is more suitable i think....

i think korea is the team to beat.... we really have a chance to get a medal at least bronze...
if we fail, well, dont know what to say....
last year has been very disappointing, lost to thailand (cmiiw)
we will see if china have some great talents.... some say that they are lack in talents right now....
    remember, china is still china....

    go boys and girls !!

    for individual event,

best hope is still in BD, XD and GD....
in BD, all 3 pairs are good...
Alfian Eko Prasetya, XD WJC 2011, can make some surprise with Kevin Sanjaya Sukamuljo.
    fo
r me, Kevin will be a strong medal contender next year... this year, our pairs will contend with Lee Chun Hei/Ng Ka Long, KOR pairs with Choi Sol Kyu, and maybe CHN, THA and MAS pairs...
i believe we have the chance for at least broze...

in BS, as badMania said, Vito and Gifar has to work really hard to get a medal...
most of the talents here are on about the same level i think....
Kento Momota, Thammasin Sitthikom, Khosit Phetpradab, Ng Ka Long, Soong Joo Ven, Sameer Verma...
i dont see any of them are way ahead then the others.... will be exciting to wait their battle...
Fikri Ikhsandi Hadmadi can spring some surprise, but i dont think Panji Akbar Sudrajat is good enough. his progress is quite slow lately...

for GS,... i only hope one of our GS can go far to QF if the draw is good...

for GD, we do have a great chance to steal a medal, even for silver or gold...
Chow Mei Kuan/Lee Meng Yean will be a strong contender here... KOR pairs also...
    THA have Lam Narissapat...

for XD, we have another great chance here...
Alfian Eko Prasetyo/Shella Devi Aulia and Edi Subaktiar/Melati Daeva Oktaviani will be our best bet...
if anything goes as expected, one of them can get a medal.... Choi Sol Kyu/pair, Lee Chun Hei/pair (forget the name), CHN pair will be a strong contender...

again, i have no idea for CHN team

Edi Subaktiar/Arya Maulana Aldiartama won the AJC 2012 title just now. Congratulation for them!!! Obama and Uul should be the 1st seed in the next WJC.

Although Vito did well in winning both the PON Team and Individual Events Gold Medals, his opponents in WJC (Kento Momota, Viktor Axelsen, etc) are also experienced junior players. A medal in WJC (any one) will do for me.

    agree with you...

looking at junior ranking, i think anyone will not be seeded. QF finish is already good, rest is bonus for me :)

From what i see, some juniors and some who just graduated from juniors are doing relatively well...
they show the progress. We have many good talents in MS and MD and also XD.
for MD and XD, i would say that we have excellent talents...
for MS, surely we have much much better talent compare to some years ago...
after Sony and Taufik, we only have Simon and Andre. After that, we have Alamsyah, Hayom, Tommy.
    After that ?
Currently we have so many talents born 92-96 even 97. They beat each other in some tourneys and Sirnas.
I dont hope too much, only hope 2 of them can be world contender. Let see what can they achieve in the next 3 years....
