Thanks! How are you going to distribute them? How would I get one if I live in Ontario?

You can either purchase from the Canadian distributor or through a universal website.

So good respond and many pll making their orders on this thread... should create one Thread in Buy and Sell since this thread is more like Sell already. Good to know that we have a durable and good performing racket here.

the new rkts (Pan.. Series) pricing seems interesting as compared with the YY. Not sure if they will be factory categories after QA checked just liked electronic components to their affiliated companies under their umbrella.
I am keen to get hold some of these for our "club" here in Sgp thru yr distributor when yr products are finalised.
quick question, yr assigned distributor is able to take care of RMA if there is, due to maufacturing defects right?

    cheers

Thanks for the vote of confidence but there's in reality nothing can be truly perfect. Even if it is in one person's eyes, it's not in another. So everything is relative.

I will say, we'll do the best we can to accommodate any questions, comments, concerns and potential problems that may arise. :)

We haven't worked out the exact logistics in other countries but in a nutshell, yes, if there are any defects the country of purchase will handle the RMA.

We hope to minimize manufacturring defects as each racket is carefully inspected at least fours times:

    1) First by the manufacturer

    2) Then again before it ships to us

    3) Once here, we inspect (this will be the most meticulous and timing consuming)

    4) Final inspection when the racket ships to the customer.

Any chance for the BC version of the rackets (if it is happening) to be available to those in Aus?

There hasn't been any further discussion about a BC version. But it can happen quite easily.

The rackets will be available worldwide except to Italy and a few other countries that are a major headache when it comes to customs clearance. :(

    *sigh*

Customs = delay = July 10th-ish receipt of rackets.
