At our Thursday CCC at Box Hill last night, 2-Jul-2009, James-F and WenYi-T requested for us to do a chapter on Badminton Footwork. With your injury, I wonder if you can do it? However, even if you cannot do it physically, you can still attend to follow and to understand the Theory of Badminton Footwork: * The steps (The dancing) * The rhythmic movement of our feet * The body balance (The weight transfer during our stroke production) * The best body posture to gain maximum reach for the shuttle * The breathing system involved during a rally * Our famous Michael Jackson's CCC Badminton Exercise * etc, etc, ......
