I represent Captain Tein to thanks all of you.He said this session is enough player for the moment,so he wanna to stop to take outside players. Who is had played before he ask you could continue to come,he just wanna me open slots for new visited player if got less player on the coming month. shoulder prob ah ?? the last sensei i saw did some good for my arm and shoulder .. i still have to see him few more times ... can recommend to u laa if u want .. in kajang so its not far from u ... hahaha
well at least i think you should go for some massage to get your muscle relax and cool down. Since you injured on shoulder, resting will takes time to get it heal
Thanks for your concern.Last I go to Thailand travel and had a massage of my shoulder,who know.....she making my shoulder worser~!!!Yup,may be I should look for Chinese Proffessional Massage.I think I going to buy some Protein to eat...heheheheh.Hope can heal my pain...
