Yes, this is as close to getting custom specs as you can get. Of course there's some slight degree of variation, but not to the extent of possibly +/-2.5g that you can get from the U classification if you had simply picked one off the shelf.
Had an amazing time with my XP60 tonight. Dry spec : 83.4g total, bp300mm, 37.5g head wt Wet spec: 93.4g total, bp295mm, 40.8g head wt String: ZM62 @ 23 lbs Noticeably a bit more demanding than the XP70 due to the stiffer shaft, but if your strike is clean and crisp and your technique is efficient, then this is one powerful and fast racket for doubles play. The stiffness, swing and hit is almost similar to my previous 4U VZTF, but a tad less head heavy making it more user friendly. So now I use this XP60 when I'm feeling strong and aggressive, and use the XP70 when I'm tired and don't have the strength to handle the XP60's stiffness.

The XP60 is the super stiff one, you would rather look at the XP80 or XP70 for a more ARC7 like racket. From the list perhaps the 290mm 86gr. XP80 ... or the 85g. 295. 290 is more naturally close but perhaps a little light (which might work well with the flex) ...
Arc 7 felt a little bit too flexible for me... I liked my Vapour trail elite (when being fit) until my dog ate the handle so I'll go with the stiffer one. I hope at those specs it will have the same amount of power as the arc7
Hehe... don't have time for that. But I'm thinking there must be someone who can provide a service of racket customization or recommendation based on level, swing speed, style, etc. Much like the customization of golf clubs, where you're assessed and fit with clubs that work with you and not against you. I'd pay for a service like that. Then I don't have to go thru 20 rackets to find the ones that work for me.
So you're saying you didn't like to test 20 different rackets, even at the price they cost ? I think this forum feeds equipment obsession, but ...testing different rackets/strings is superb. You're completely right on this service you mentioned but shops this specialized are unseen in my region. Plus, I think the range of rackets you can adapt to is quite big, it just takes time (and a blindfold to stop drooling over new "and potential better" ones)
customworqs.com lets you customize your own racket but unless you absolutely know what you want, it's an expensive experiment.
Lol... I had fun I guess, but it was affecting my game having to adapt to a new different racket every 2 months or so. And now that I know my preffered specs, I don't even get swayed by any new rackets from Yonex, Victor etc if the specs don't seem to match me. Not even if it has catapult technology or hyper nanopreme technetium fibres.
Don't be dissing on my Catapult rackets homie I too seem to have settled on on a preffered spec. Mid-stiff and BP from 300-305mm.
Some of you may know Im sponsored by Eric, but it wont affect anything I say about the rackets. So I had my first real session with my three new XP70 87 300. With ZM65 29lbs ECP, I had a really good time, exept breaking two strings... It feels really solid, for a racket being so fast, the power and speed was supreme never tried anything like it. Will report back soon, if I dont break the last XP70s strings

Im actully gonna buy two more, when I get my Forzas sold, so you gotta be quick This thing is solid like I have never tried anything like it! There is so much more feel than in any Yonex racket, I dont understand people still using that. Here you get something quicker, more powerfull, more feel, crisp for less than a third of the price!
