Xu Huai Wen may not participate in Taipeh Open due to her sickness.....she just recovered..,Get Well Xu!
No redraw? Maria and Saina will meet on SF, all good players are in lower half , lucky for players in upper half
Based on the entry list, Korea will send small squad, - MS : Hong Ji Hoon, Shin Baek Cheol - WS : Hwang Hye Youn (no Jun Jae Youn) - MD : Cho Gun Woo/Yoo Yeon Seong - WD : NONE - XD : Lee Young Dae/Lee Hyo Jung Don't know whether there's another last minute withdrawal.
But the OG Champion must have big confidence to beat da world champion again. Hope our XD have beautiful draws. Go nova go butet! lol.
Hehehehehehehe well well I think INA should try and split Nova-Lily this time and prepare younger pair for Butet perhaps....Moh Rijal might be a good choice or even Hendra Gunawan while putting Nova with Vita is another option to go for
Nova and Vita?? Umm.. We wont see tat again. Nova n Butet is stable so far. Hope, Rijal/Vita would make a breakthrough. Flandy/Grey as well.
Just realised that both Taipei Open and Japan SS are held in Ramadhan. Hopefully Moslem shuttlers can handle this. Sorry, I know religion talk isn't encouraged in this forum.
Thanks CLELY. Hwang Hye Youn alone in the WS is worth the price of admission. Surprised LYD/LHY are entered into the XD. Hope they do not withdraw.

He isn't in the sqauds for TPE or JPN open. I assume he is either resting or training at home until the younger players gain experience and they see which one reacts best. Pretty much all of the above teams with a few exceptions have very little experience in SS or old Grand prix circuit. NR doesn't really need Tournament experience, especially with a weaker partner who is playing in their first tournaments. It wouldn't surprise me if he didn't play competitively again until next years SS tournaments (January)
He retired from MD. His style/physicality is not suited to MD. No other singles players are eligible to play.
