yeh lol he still has a bit of trouble hitting consistant high lifts...they are either short then long or left or right lol but its ok...just a bit of fun
Look at his user name and the names of the people playing. It should be easy for you to figure it out.
quite. Umea, Also, i am just wondering, does you + your partner use the Flick serve often? It seems to backfire, as I noticed you opponent gaining easy points off them. It could be that he read the body language or is just too prepared. other than that tidbit, you own/pwn me.
Wow, you must be a really talented player to play in the swedish masters , and get to the finals. A future international player .
Hi, I'm not a good player and nowhere near some of you who have posted here. Nevertheless, I'd like to have some feedbacks. Here's my video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kHSCvFav1p4 ps: I'm the one with red shirt
Not too bad. as said, work on the flick serve a bit more but other than that, you're pretty solid. If I notice anything else, I'll post here. Oh and Kris, where's your video?
Well, I guess I'm not good enough to force him to wear a proper suit. In fact, he started playing with a sweater and if it's allowed perhaps he will wear a helmet Naah... it's a tracksuit...
Haha - I have been so busy! Havn't even played for 2 weeks , the closest thing for me to actually playing badminton is being on this forum . And I won't be playing for another week ! Too many exams. But I definitly want to post one up! It will be up ASAP which is what I said like a month ago .
Anyone got any more videos to post I thought I was recording the other night however it turned out that my videocamera was not recording:crying:
I managrd to record another video but as it wasn't a competerive game my racquet isn't up as it usually is I will post it probaly tomorrrow
Nothing serious here (no intense smash sessions or anything), I tried to hold off my smashes and even then I didn't put all into it, lol. Anyway, enjoy, comments and criticisms are welcomed and appreciated I'm on the far side of the court. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B8DvjFdLbXM&fmt=18
I've just watched the first minute or so (so far) and one thing that struck me on the first serve that you hit was that your opponent was quite a long way back from the service line. I think you could've easily messed him up with either a forehand or backhand short serve. At 1-1, you had the right idea, moving your opponent with what was IMO, a good shot and the right one. You were unlucky it went out. From the very short bit I've watched, perhaps you should look where your opponent is standing more - this would allow you to make a choice about which service technique would put your opponent in the most difficulty.
